We recommend that for starters or nibbles before a main meal, you choose 4-5 per person, to serve throughout the evening, we recommend 6-8 per person. 

Please note:  The canapes listed in bold are notably bigger, two-bite and more filling, we can only serve one of these per head on your chosen menu.

Please allow for staff service if you opt for hot canapés.

Staff can be on hand to do walk around service to you guests, making it feel more informal and relaxed.

We do not cut corners on quantity or compromise on quality. All our buffets are freshly made on the day of your function for optimum freshness.
